Nick Tomlinson, a 47 year old father-of-three from Wilmslow, will take on the Prudential RideLondon 100-mile challenge on Sunday 29 July, to mark how far he has come since surviving a stroke in 2016.

The Stroke Association is launching a new project, Caring and You, for the carers of survivors in South-West Wales whose lives change after the sudden impact of stroke.

Around 172 people from Norfolk ran on Sunday 24 June, raising more than £5,000 for the Stroke Association at the charity’s Beat the Tide run.

The Step Out for Stroke fundraising walk will take place at Goldsworth Park Lake on Saturday 22 July 2018.
