Sea Palling resident Myles Crowder is raring to go as he makes his final preparations to take on the Bupa Great North Run on Sunday 7 September to raise funds for the Stroke Association.
Myles, 48, is taking on the 13.1 mile challenge in memory of his mother Jean who had a stroke at the age of 83. The run falls on what would have been his mothers birthday weekend.
